Description: Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman has s arranged a construction loan for a new upscale hotel on the corner of Lexington Ave. and 48th St. Mark Gordon collaborated with director Jared Kelso and analyst Ernest Lee. Opening in 2010, Lexington House Hotel, the 25-story luxury suite hotel located at 517 Lexington Ave. Hersha Hospitality Management a leading hotel operator with over 9,546 hotel rooms in major metropolitan markets will manage the property upon its completion.
New affordable rental apartments are now available in the heart of downtown White Plains New York with the debut of The Summit at City Center. Located at 6 City Place adjacent to Trump Tower the Summit at City Center was developed by Cappelli under the White Plains Affordable Rental Housing Program. The apartments are available to singles and families earning 80% of Westchester County median income.
Larry Socia and Gary Cottet of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the lease at the former Media Play location in Northern Lights Mall to Olum’s, who occupies the retail store front in the plaza, leased needed additional back space for their service center operations. Pyramid represented both the tenant and the landlord.
Itzhaki Properties has completed a lot sale in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood. The lot was sold as a development site, and is suitable for construction of five three-family homes or a 17,000 s/f development. The lots sold for $555,000 in an all cash transaction.
