Description: Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services have arranged the sale of River’s Edge Apartment Homes for $10.6 million dollars.
Witten and Nolletti represented both the seller and the buyer.
River’s Edge Apartment Homes is a Tudor style, gated apartment community located close to the Danbury Fair Mall and West Farms Mall.
Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk Conn. has been awarded the Green Building of the Year award by the Westchester/Fairfield County chapter of NAIOP. Merritt 7 was recognized by the real estate community which nominated and voted the office complex for its achievements in becoming a leader in Green Building advancement in the region (a new category for this year’s event). The awards were presented at NAIOP’s Annual Real Estate Awards and hosted by Frank Kenny, CEO of Willett Companies. More than 100 members of the community gathered at the event.
Integrated Builders completed interior construction and fit-up services for office and manufacturing facility for L-3 Communications in Ayer Mass.
In addition to interior fit-out, Integrated also installed new mechanical and electrical systems and a new compressed air and vacuum system. Architect for the project was Harvard-based Maugel Architects, Inc.
