Description: The Clarett Group has acquired an office building located at in Mahattan. The acquisition, which was closed by a joint venture of The Clarett Grp. and Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), formally marks Clarett’s entrance into the area’s commercial office market.
Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of the retail leasing and sales division of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and Frances Delgorio, senior vice president, leasing and marketing of Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. and Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) president, presented Rita Pierre, a partner at Berdon, with the Founder’s Award.
Downtown Brooklyn’s revitalization reached another milestone as the Boerum Place extension project was officially completed.
