Description: W&H Properties has launched a $53 Million Capitol improvement program at 1350 Broadway in Manhattan. According to Jonathan Fanuzzi, Managing Director of the building’s Managing/Leasing Agent, “All of the properties have undergone top to bottom renovations and it has transformed the place.”

Swink Hayden Connell Architects and Cameron Engineering have been awarded a contract to design the new $190 million New York State Center of Innovation and Excellence in Home Land Security. This will be a part of a network of home land security centers across the country as proposed by the Department of Home Land Security.

The ACE - architects, contractors and engineers awarded 58 four year scholarships totaling in $179,000. The program is dedicated to providing career direction to young people in the ACE professions.
