Description: New York Commercial Realty Group (NYCRG) sold 141 North State Rd in Briarcliff Manor, NY for $1.975 million. 141 State St is a 9,000 square foot property, with three floors. This medical property was bought by 1826 Radcliff Ave. Realty Corp. in a 1031 exchange. Michael and Frank Rao were the brokers.
Hudson Park North in Yonkers, New York, a $200 million luxury apartment complex along the Hudson River had its official grand opening. The Mayor of Yonkers, Philip Amicone joined executives from Collins Enterprises LLC as well as others for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Barcel Group has sold 202 West 40th St. in Manhattan located 100 ft. from 7th Ave. and one block from Time Sq., the property sold for $22.8 million. The 15-story office building is 38,000 s/f and recently underwent renovations including new marble halls and elevators. Marcel Fridman, vice president and co-founder of the Barcel Group represented all parties involved. Joseph Taub of Meridian Capital arranged financing for the buyer.
