Description: A quartet of buildings in one of suburban Boston’s office markets has been acquired by Colony Realty Partners for $80.9 million dollars.

Bingham McCutchen LLP has moved offices to One Federal St., from 150 Federal St., where it had been for 20 years.

Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc. brokered the sale of the Casco Bay portfolio in Portland Maine. The portfolio is comprised of three separate communities - Coach Lantern, Foxcroft and Tamarlane for $35.05 million dollars.

Sperry Van Ness has completed the sale of School Street Square, a retail center in East Hartford, Connl, to a private investor.
